TherapyNotes, LLCReviews of therapynotes.com

I had a great experience. The person I worked with was very helpful, courteous, and professional. She took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the support and would definitely recommend this TN to others.

Therapy Notes helped me complete my company's annual PCI compliance survey in 5 minutes. This would have taken me much longer if I had to figure out the answers on my own and then I wouldn't have the confidence that I had completed the survey correctly. This was a huge help.

The wait time was a bit long but I opted to remain on line instead of giving a callback number. Lex was very helpful, professional and patient. They made sure to follow HIPPA guidelines on making sure I was who I said I was. That alone gives me confidence and security in their knowledge how to handle confidential information in a professional manner.

Therapy Notes is hands down the best EHR software I have used. It is intuitive and comprehensive. Therapy Notes has the best customer support of ANY software or business that I can think of. One thing that I love is I can email support between a session and often have an answer by my next break. The developers are always working to improve the software. The software helps to keep my clinicians compliant with state regulations. I'm able to set how often the treatment plans need to be updated. It has a to-do list that separates my own notes from those I need to sign for my clinical trainees. My biller loves the software as well. Don't hesitate. This is the one.

I spoke with two e prescribe support staff and both were knowledgeable, patient and very professional. They both provided excellent information and customer service.

I consistently receive outstanding customer service from this team. Each interaction is thoughtful, clear, and solution-focused. They take the time to truly understand the issue, explain practical options, and help identify solutions that can actually be applied and nothing feels rushed! What really stands out is the follow-up. After each conversation, they provide a clear and thorough recap, which reinforces understanding and makes it easy to move forward with confidence. That level of care and attention is rare in my experience. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind, patient, and genuinely easy to talk to. Consistently receiving this high level of service is exceptional, and it’s a major reason I plan to stay with them. It’s clear they value their customers. Highly recommend!

If Jay A was the responding representative for all customer calls/issues the world would be a better place!! I found Jay to be atypically personable, knowledgable, caring, and all around a competent and professional amazing person! I never thought I would feel grateful for having had a technical issue, though considering it gave me the opportunity to briefly chat with Jay this morning, there’s no other way to put it! ☺️Please acknowledge this individual formally for superb customer care!!!!

Therapy notes has great support staff, are always polite, professional, and there to help. They are always working on improvements to their platform. Highly recommend!
