Princess gave me a lot of different options to help me figure out why my microphone wasn't working during telehealth. She also checked in on which option might have worked. I always get a quick and helpful response when I contact customer service.

Well, it is really great first of all that I was able to get a support person pretty quickly on the phone. She walked me through the process of claim filing I needed help with so I could follow it easily. Nice that she could see what was on my screen too as we talked, which made it easier and I didn't have to explain as much. She was friendly and patient with me during the process.

They always can help with whatever the issues are.

I have been using Therapy Notes since February 2026. Having switched from a previous, not so helpful, other EHR system. Since switching to Therapy Notes their support team have been wonderful and very quick to help me navigate any questions or issues I may have had.

I was also walked through the necessary steps to make corrections within my account that could potentially allow me to receive a refund for previous charges.
