The rumors are true. TherapyNotes has excellent customer support with very short wait times. I called with a question and within two minutes, I was talking to an agent who led me step by step through solving my problem. Quick and easy.

I was assisted over the phone and by email by Konstantina M. She solved a problem that I had been attempting to sort out for days. When I called customer service at THerapynotes I was only on hold for 1 minute. Konstantina listened well, admitted that she didn't immediately know the answer but would work to find the solution. She followed through and communicated throughout the process very clearly. She exceeded my expectations and experience in general with other customer service reps at other companies. TherapyNotes can you train the insurance companies on customer service please.

I have experienced a total lack of coordination between my desktop and the Therapy note App. The most frustrating part has been attempting to get this fixed. Customer service is completely unresponsive to the actual technical problem. Every time I reach out, I get the same unhelpful, scripted responses that ignore the specific sync errors I am reporting. I was provided "canned" advice than actually fixing a broken product.If you need a reliable EHR that functions across devices, look elsewhere. This app is broken, and the company doesn't seem to care enough to provide real human support to fix it.

Brenda, I obviously don't know why the app isn't working for you from this review, but I will have someone reach out. Our mobile app is brand new but we're not aware of any issues. In the meantime the web app is completely mobile-optimized. The mobile app doesn't do too much that the web app can't do, but the web app can do a lot more than mobile app.
I spoke with Taylor- On the support team, I was trying to enroll in Medicare. Taylor was Patient, she walked me through the entire application, step by step. if I could reach out to her every time I called Therapy Notes, I know I would be extremely knowledgeable through all processes. she deserves a raise or a bonus and an extra week of time off, that is how great she was.

My wait time was 2-minutes. My tech paeson, Lindsay, was incredably patient, knowledgable, and professional.

What a difference having customer service makes when it comes to billing. I used other companies in the past and Therapy Notes was like night and day with how quickly they respond 24/7 days a week service availabilty.
