I have been using TherapyNotes for 3 months now and I am very happy with the product/process. It took awhile to get used to it and get everything set up and working, but now that it is, I wouldn't want to live without. It definitely streamlines my practice, my accounting for my practice income, my intake process, and on and on.

Excellent customer service and user-friendly software! I have had great experiences with them throughout the process of setting up and sustaining a solo practice. Their customer service team is knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to help with questions across a broad range of topics about insurance, software, billing questions, and technical questions. They are seriously great!

So thankful for the Therapy Notes team. Not only have they promptly and graciously assisted us by answering questions, providing clarification, and lending support in an expedient manner no matter the issue, they do so with uncharacteristic helpfulness. More importantly and most noteworthy is that it isn't necessarily "what" they do; rather, the "spirit" in which they do it. Every person that has assisted us has done so with friendliness, helpfulness, patience and kindness. Those are qualities that are difficult to find in any industry. We are thankful every day that we have Therapy Notes watching our backs, assisting us to be the best practice we can be. So appreciate them!

I cannot say enough good things about Therapy Notes! I have had a TN account since 2016 - the first was in a group practice and when I went off on my own, it was an easy decision to stay w TN for my private practice. The system itself is intuitive and easy to use. Their customer service is PHENOMENAL! I've never waited on hold for more than 5 minutes - and even 5 minutes is unusual. Every customer service member is knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Most all of my questions could also be answered by their online tutorials, but sometimes I'm just overwhelmed or in a hurry and appreciate I can just talk to them - they never act like I "should" just look it up. I love that they can connect w my screen and "drive" or they can tell me where to look. They give the most comprehensive customer service I have even encountered. I really appreciate my credit card processing is also through them. I don't think cost wise it's much of a different than other places - and it if it is, it's super helpful to have their help instead of dealing w another company who is less helpful and trained. I was sitting at a training recently w about 10 other therapists working on a professional will and we all had questions for how our EHR interfaces w the professional will - I was one of two people in the room w TN. We all emailed our EHR company to see if we could get an answer while we were there - the TN members in the room were the only people who got the answer within minutes. I think everyone else was jealous :) I don't actually know how the other prices compare or if they have the ability to process credit cards - but I know, I save a TON of time on TN - it does most of the things I need to give to my accountant so I don't need a book keeper, which is also a money and time saver. With payment running direct thru TN, it's mostly impossible to make a payment error which is also a time and money saver. Basically - your're looking for an EHR - just go w therapy notes. You will not regret it!

This is my first time using Therapy Notes. It is a little difficult in the beginning, but now I think I have mastered everything that was taught to me. The support staff is very efficient and patient. They are very helpful and like today showed me something brand new when we were stuck and couldn't figure out why we couldn't make a note on a person that has been seen here. Thanks again

Anytime I call for help, all of my problems are solved very quickly. There is never a long wait for service. Everyone is extremely friendly and I always get a helpful email with directions after the call. After Nnenna N helped me today, I had to leave a review because of the outstanding service. Thank you all so much!

Therapy Notes support staff have been uniformly patient, knowledgeable and helpful in resolving various problems. Also, they answer the phone. You can talk with a live person! Awesome
