I'm going into Private Practice after working for an agency for 8 years. I've tried 3 other EHRs and this is by far the best. Nevertheless, I was having trouble getting competent with it before I quit and make the jump. I asked for help and got a very clear response within an hour. I was with clients at that moment but next morning when I opened the email, it felt like Christmas. Now I know I can do this because I'll have their help.

I recently subscribed to TherapyNotes, and have had occasion to contact customer service twice within the past few days. Both representatives were patient, helpful, and spent considerable time resolving my issues. I was able to immediately start using the program with their input! I found the video conferencing platform to be far superior to the one I had previously used. The visual clarity and reception were excellent! Clients were able to log on without any difficulty. My experience so far has been great. I appreciate the excellent customer service and easy access to assistance. I plan to continue to use TherapyNotes indefinitely!

I have recently started using TherapyNotes and needed some help. I called their support number and thoroughly enjoyed the conversation I had with the representative who answered my call. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. Our conversation helped me to learn how user friendly their website is and that they are always ready, willing and able to provide needed support. I highly recommend this service to anyone who is looking for an EHR.
