I just wanted to reach out and relay feedback that I am thrilled with the production and utilization of the TherapyNotes system. I've used community mental health systems, both not-for-profit or government agencies, and private practice systems. I even helped build, develop, launch and supervise a substance abuse program using an alternative cloud-base EHR system with the state of New Jersey. My admin staff have been responding to myself and my peers about ease of communication w/support team; which pleases me as a therapist/user. I'm really enjoying TherapyNotes, thank you.

I am still new to TherapyNotes and am sometimes finding things they could improve on, but overall it's been a good transition. I can't say enough good things about the support team! I have contacted them a couple times by phone and there is hardly any wait on hold and they will walk me through solving issues. I have sent several emails asking for help (especially since I'm new to it) and they always reply with step by step instructions on how to solve my issues. The support is amazing, quite honestly, and their availability to help is fantastic! I did give an overall of 4 stars because I wish some features were a little different but I would give the customer service and support 5 stars, hands down. They make solving issues a priority.

I have had the fortunate experience to have utilized TherapyNotes for my professional documentation needs for a little over a year. First, with a company who had TherapyNotes already in place and learning the platform there, and now with my newly-forming private practice. It was my decision to use TherapyNotes because of the ease of providing thorough documentation for my records and sending to my insurers; also, it was my familiarity with the program. However, upon becoming a private customer and communicating with the sales staff, I know I have made the right decision for myself and my business. I have had nothing but positive interaction and support. Therapy Notes is great! The tools work the way you think they should and even when you get a bit lost, the support crew is very helpful, providing guidance and advice on the best practices.

TherapyNotes provides me with everything that I need to run my HIPAA-compliant private practice. It would get a 5 if I was able to share my screen and invite more than one family member into the virtual video telehealth session (when I have split families), which is now free or a part of the $49/mo fee that they charge.
