I'm not a therapist and this is my first time as a practice admin (doing it for a family member), and I've found TherapyNotes to be about as intuitive and well-priced as possible. On top of that, customer support is quick to answer my questions as I learn; and the pricing seems very reasonable as well.

I had questions about obtaining access to the client portal and utilizing the portal for TeleHealth Sessions. I appreciate having a phone number and ability to directly access customer support.
