I purchased this on a whim - our 4# poodle has oopsies somewhat regularly in one room of our house. I thought it was worth a try. We have seen a marked difference. The biggest issue I have is that the diffuser glows blue when it's on...but it really hard to see the light unless the room is completely dark. I actually sent an email customer service because I didnt think the light was working, I got a response in < 2 minutes! Wow.

We have been using this and have had no accidents until it ran out. Just signed up for monthly refills
