I am enjoying my new case. I love that lavender was a color choice, and the magnetic ring stand has gotten more use than I expected. Thank you for this product to add to my phone!

That’s exactly how it should feel — simple, useful, and something you actually enjoy using every day.
I baught the case that's just an aluminum frame that enclosed the edge of the phone and clasps closed on the corner. So far, it's been 2 weeks and has been problem free and looks fantastic. The light blue color is a bit more grey than I thought it would be, but hasn't shown any scratches. I read comments on the Facebook ad that the latch comes open easily and often, but mine is rock solid. Perhaps it would loosen if I took the case on and off repeatedly, but I haven't, and it doesn't budge. My only gripe is that I ordered it the day I ordered my Pixel 10 Pro and paid for expedited shipping with the hope that it would arrive within a couple of days of when my phone did. I should have assumed that it would ship from China, but I didn't, and that was my mistake. I delayed setting up my new phone for 3 or 4 days because I didn't want to use it without a case, but at day 3 of waiting, I saw that the case was still sitting in the departing terminal in China. I didn't want to wait anymore, so I bought a cheap case from Amazon that arrived the next day. I used that while I waited for this case, which took about another week. While I love the case, I regret paying for the expidited shipping and still having to pay for another case as a placeholder.

My order was cancelled immediately due to the current war in my neck of the woods (Israel). I sure hope the war ends soon and that I will then have the privilege of sampling Thepixelcase's lovely selection of Pixel products.

Your order wasn’t cancelled because of you personally, but due to current shipping restrictions to certain Middle East regions, including Israel, related to the ongoing situation. At the moment, our logistics partners simply don’t guarantee safe or reliable delivery there. Rather than take your payment and risk delays, loss, or failed delivery, we cancel these orders immediately — but we agree this should have been explained upfront, not after the fact. Honestly, the case is good, my only recommendation would be a stronger magnet for the card holder..I don't 100% trust it not to fall off for some reason. Also if there was some way to add another slot in the card holder..two cards is really nothing. Mostly satisfied..took a little long, like two weeks I believe, but overall I'm satisfied.

On the magnet strength, that’s a fair point. It’s designed to balance hold and usability, but we understand that if it doesn’t feel 100% secure, that affects trust in daily use. We’re already looking into stronger magnetic configurations for future versions. Your point about the card holder capacity is also noted two cards can feel limiting, and expanding that is something we’re actively considering in new designs. I bought a clear case cover for my Pixel 9 from the Google store, but decided to buy a grey one for my Pixel 10 from this store which does not seem to be affiliated with Google. The cover for the 10 looks sturdy, and it has a fold out stand which my Pixel 9 cover did not have, but it looks "field ready" which was not quite the impression that I wanted for my phone.

Ordered 2 cases on Sept 4th and my shipment didn't even leave China til the 11th. Still waiting on cases and gear for 2 new Pixel 10 pro devices which are still in boxes on the 15th. Has this vendor ever thought of sending some bulk inventory over and using a US based drop shipper to improve shipping lag? The pixel case store was 1 of very few options available for cases when we received our pre-ordered devices, but I've been waiting long enough for the market to now be flooded with options, thanks pixel case store for 2 weeks of frustration waiting to use new devices we paid a small fortune for. This is my first and with no doubt at all, my last experience with the Pixel Case Store #cancer! **Update** I did receive my order on September 19th and the cases and screen protectors were in excellent shape. The build quality and fit are premium and complement my premium Pixel devices very well! I want to thank Pixel Case support for responding promptly and for indicating work is underway to establish U.S. based fulfillment, I actually received my order on the same day as their response! Improving shipping time will make me consider future purchases, as Pixel Case's prices are significantly lower than Zaag, OtterBox and most other major brands. My experience is that the quality of Pixel Case accessories are the same or better than the majors, Thank You Pixel Case!
