Got a leather Case/Mag Wallet combo, looks very nice, had it for about 2 weeks now, no real complaints TBH. looks nice, feels good in the hand, if i had anything to say it migh be that i wish it could hold more than 2 cards and my drivers license inside. overall 4 stars.

There was a long shipping delay, took almost 2 weeks. Other than that, the case works great. The magnet is strong and the case fits snuggly around my phone, giving it a nice sleek look. I've dropped it a time or two, no damage to my phone and the case held up too. I was hoping it would help with my wireless charger, but does not lock in like I'd hope, but I chock that up to unrealistic expectations.

I've bought phone cases and screen protectors from The Pixel Store several times. They're truly excellent quality and designed specifically for Pixel phones. The products deserve 5 stars, which I'm not giving them because shipping usually takes two weeks. But based on the quality of the materials, they're definitely worth 5 stars. I highly recommend them.

Really great experience from start to finish. Shipping was surprisingly quick, and everything arrived exactly as described, which is always a good sign. The metallic finish gives it a really premium feel and stands out without being over-the-top. One thing I was a bit concerned about before ordering was the MagSafe rotation and whether it might interfere with charging, but I’m happy to say it works flawlessly with my MagSafe charger. No issues at all, and the magnetic connection feels secure. Overall, I’m genuinely impressed with the quality and attention to detail. It does exactly what it promises and looks great doing it. Definitely happy with the purchase and would recommend.

While the case itself seems very functional, and I like that it doesn't hide the color of the phone, I feel like the instructions were nearly nonexistent.

Hi Lynne, Fair point — and this one is on us. The case is designed to be straightforward, but “intuitive” doesn’t mean no guidance at all. If you had to figure things out on your own, then we didn’t support the experience properly. We’re already working on improving this with: Clear install guides (especially for multi-part / frame cases) Short videos showing setup and key features Better in-package instructions so you’re not guessing Because a product can be good — but if the first experience is confusing, it kills the momentum. This case is comparable in featues to Casebus wallet case that i purchased for an iPhone Pro. I am evaluating transfer of my main phone line to a Pixel Pro. The detachable wallet and RFID shielding are not features of the Casebus case. The use of synthetic leather will make the case more durable in my experince.

This company does do some things well. It's advertising, the fluidity and functionality of the website itself, the ordering and checkout process, even the shipping was efficient. The only problem was the product itself. The case I purchased was meant for a Pixel 10 Pro XL. After careful exploration of the phone case and it's features, unfortunately I was left feeling disappointed. The kickstand / case ring felt solid if I aligned the phone horizontally. However when I tried to use the kickstand with the phone in a vertical alignment, often the weight of the phone itself would cause the kickstand to collapse slowly, making it less than ideal for using the phone with a vertical alignment on a surface. The privacy / protection screen for the camera is nice and feels solid. Already I've accidentally dropped the phone several times and the case has done a good job protecting the screen and the phone itself. I would say the case made the phone feel a little bulky, but a Pixel XL is bulky by it's own design. It's clear to me however, that their engineering department has some work to do. I feel like if they could iron out the kinks with the flimsy stand, it would be a far superior case. I don't feel like going through the hassle of a refund / return process, and who knows, maybe I'll give this company another chance once I know they've improved the stability of their products. I really wanted to give thepixelcase.com 5 stars, as my personal experience felt like it was excellence from a transactional perspective. But from a practical / use case perspective the product just wasn't as solid as I had hoped.

You’re right on the key point: Vertical stability on the stand is the hardest scenario, especially on larger devices like the Pixel 10 Pro XL. The weight distribution is different vs horizontal use, and if the hinge tension isn’t strong enough, it slowly collapses — exactly what you described. That’s not a “user preference” issue — it’s an engineering tolerance we need to tighten. We’re already testing stronger hinge resistance and improved angle locking for the next versions.
