I loved the case but the price was a bit a high. The case itself was great but the plastic cover around the camera didn't last long. The camera cover cracked in two places. I would definitely buy it again if the camera cover was made with a stronger material.

The case is nice, but it is not compatible with magnetic charging. I asked for e refund, got an email then...nothing. Bad customer service.

Products are fine. Good selection. Ok quality. But I had an issue where I boughtt the wrong product. Sent an email before it was shipped. Never got a reply at all. Just sent the product. This is the second time I’ve had a problem, though products are ok I probably won’t buy here anymore. Customer service is too important.

Two things I had with my last pixel case that I wish I had with this one. A place for cash, and a magnetic strap to keep the cover closed. When you have cards in this case they add too much bulk and the screen cover does not stay closed. It also will almost surely open if the phone is dropped. I get this kind of case for the added screen protection and the cover not staying closed is really disappointing.

I purchased the "Pixel 10 Magnetic Aluminum Magsafe Case". The case is great looking, but there is a clear design flaw in the part that protects the camera bar. First of all there's a mic in the camera bar, and the cover doesn't have a hole for it. So that mic is always plugged and it can't work correctly. Second, the camera bar cover has a couple of holes for the flash and the sensor, but this part of the cover is not adherent to the camera bar so a lot of dust comes in and this makes the camera lenses completely dirty in a couple of days. You have to take off the cover, clean it and then reinstall, an annoying waste of time indeed! I'm thinking of drilling a hole for the mic a maybe add some gasket/O-ring to prevent dust from entering. It's a shame, because the cover wouldn't be bad at all.

I like the case, other than, if you put credit cards in the 3 slots the case won't close properly. My big complaint is that, after an order was wrongly placed because information changed when I added a screen protector, I requested a cancellation and re-ordered. I received the 1st order also (and paid for a case I cannot use.) Not cool.
