Thanks for taking the time to review Carlos. The enclosed foot massage on the Osaki Tecno is pretty awesome. Glad the family is enjoying it.
Modern Back had the largest selection of full body 4-D massage chairs in this area of Florida. I tried many chairs and I found the one that fit me like a glove and hit the trigger points that needed to be addressed in my body. Alexis at the showroom provided excellent customer service, and Charles, who brought the chair up to my 3rd story apartment and set up the chair for me, was excellent as well.

Thank you Mathew, we are happy you are enjoying the chair!
The store had multiple chairs for us to try including all price ranges. We were not pressured into any one chair and in fact visited multiple times before we made a decision. We ended up I think with the most expensive chair in the store, but that was our choice and in fact they spoke highly of chairs priced much less that they carried. Delivery was delayed a bit due to shipping from overseas but in the current climate where supply chain is causing delays for everything it was understandable and they kept us updated. Delivery and setup was excellent. The team were very friendly, respectful of property and took time to show me several things about the chair I needed to know if we were going to move it. I am very happy to support a local business that stocks chairs, allows you to make an informed decision and gave me a fair price. I know there are some places on the internet I could have saved a bit of money but those places didn’t let me try the chairs out, or give me the support and experience The Modern Back did. 100% satisfied thus far

Paul - Thank you for taking the time to write out such a thoughtful review. Our staff are trained on helping customers find the right massage chair for them as opposed to what earns us the most profit. I also appreciate your local loyalty. We know that as a customer you have choices and we're very happy that you chose us. Even had you found a better advertised price, we would have matched it. I'm glad you selected the Daiwa Supreme Hybrid massage chair. This chair will provide you & your family with relaxation for many years to come. Please contact us anytime if you need any assistance. Thank you. Tom Walls Founder/Owner The Modern Back
