My reservation enquiry was answered very quickly, and the agents helping me find a suitable house was very quick and professional with their responses, taking into account my needs for the stay. The reservation team at Niseko Kyo has been absolutely wonderful to deal with, especially Jyan. They were incredibly prompt, attentive, and handled our specific room layout requests with the utmost professionalism and care. Booking a luxury ski trip requires great attention to detail, and Jyan delivered top-tier hospitality before we've even arrived. Highly recommend their service!" Will do another review after our trip.
