They made my ITIN registration incorrectly (with a Serbian address), then told me they were going to correct it and 1 year later they say they won't correct it and don't¡t even answer to my emails. When you pay them, they ask you for more payments for consultation and so on, they make serious mistakes on the registrations and mix things up… I ask for a refund of services that weren't done, and they say they only can refund 50%, so they got 50% of the money for doing nothing. Worst company I've ever worked with.

Hey Asier, Want to address this back from 2022, as I checked we did received your ITIN, it's sufficent for you to use it and we delivered on time. We are responsible for the address and we take responsibility for that happening in 2022, (it no longer happens, only US address) however at the same time, your ITIN is sufficent for you to use, having that address do not make any difference or make it wrong. We're sad to get a 1 star for ITIN we delivered, and being called worst company you've ever worked with. We apologize for the address, it doesn't happen anymore, we are accountable but your ITIN is good to use at the same time.
