Terrible customer service. Their customer service is the worst and they take ages to reply. They sent me a copy of my ITIN assignment letter from the IRS via email showing me an ITIN but they don't want to send me the physical letter no matter how much I insisted that I would pay a handling fee + postage. I had to call the IRS itself to ask them to send me a new letter! Well, at least they are doing it for FREE!

Dear Melanie, It's very sad to see that you're dissatisfied with our customer service, while I'm seeing that our teammates have been responsible to your messages in short time which is around a day max and you're saying it takes ages. Secondly, we did your process and ITIN just as we've promised, we did not state on our website or during our conversations with you that we ship your original ITIN copy to you. I wish you showed us a bit of cooperation and understand while we're not able to do what you're asking which we already state that it's an email delivery. After doing your process as we promised getting your one star review and calling us terrible is really not what we deserve. Hope that IRS ships your original result to your address and you can and take your negative review off which does affect small businesses like ours.
