The communication is good y fast, although it is not detailed about the times, activities or steps that are being carried out, nor do they have control over the pending processes, I lost almost a month due to an email that went to spam, and the platform that they use for email communication always falls into spam. Taking into account that the process is online, without knowing the company, this must be improved.
