The downloading and license process felt way too complicated for me, could be me, but the back and forth between emails and instructions took me a couple of hours to figure out - expired sessions, request for a new link, long codes. I have the plug-in downloaded but I still haven't been able to use it with a track I want to sweeten in Logic.

Your company had the lowest price anywhere, and when I emailed support, I received a response within an hour. I will use fx again for any digital audio needs I may have!
