We cannot locate any order in our system under the name Dusan Mandic, and no order number has been provided with this review. Without an order number, we have no way to verify which transaction this reviewer is referring to or confirm the circumstances surrounding it. The FX Chain is an authorized reseller of FL Studio and other professional audio software. Calling our business a “scam” is a serious and damaging accusation, especially when we cannot even verify an order associated with the reviewer’s name. We would be happy to review the matter if the reviewer provides their order number. Until then, we cannot verify the claims being made in this review.

Hi Elijah, We take statements of this nature seriously and want to correct the record. You contacted us regarding your order, and we responded at 1:40 PM informing you that this product is a manually delivered license, a process that is clearly disclosed on the product page and that delivery would follow shortly. Your license was then successfully delivered at 1:49 PM to the email address provided at checkout. We have verified this through our delivery and email logs. As such, the claims that the product was not delivered and that we did not respond are factually incorrect. If the email is not visible in your primary inbox, we recommend checking spam, junk, or promotions folders, as filtering by email providers can sometimes affect delivery visibility. We are available to resend the license or provide it through an alternative method if needed. However, we do ask that public claims accurately reflect the situation. Please contact us directly so we can ensure you have access and resolve this immediately. Best regards, The FX Chain Team

Hi Kevin, sorry for the frustration here. We did send your download/license shortly after purchase, but it looks like the email didn’t reach your inbox (these can land in Spam/Junk/Promotions). We’re happy to help right away: please check those folders and we’ll resend immediately or provide a secure alternate link if needed. Your license is valid and ready to use. Once we get this sorted, we’d appreciate if you’d consider updating your review to reflect the resolution. Thanks for giving us the chance to make it right.
