Twice now I've ordered a product from thefxchain and twice they've taken the money then immediately canceled my order. They didn't say why. They never delivered my license. I have tried to email. I have contacted on Facebook. I have contacted on Twitter. They just took my money and never gave me anything for it. Twice. Edit: they are trying to make it right so I more than appreciate that. Thank you for doing this. I never just didn't receive a license before

We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you’ve had with us—not just once, but twice. Your disappointment is completely understandable, and we deeply regret the inconvenience and lack of communication that you encountered. Unfortunately, the items you ordered were no longer available, and we failed to remove them from our store in a timely manner. This led to your orders being canceled, which was entirely our mistake. We also realize that the refund delays compounded your frustration. Because your orders were canceled late on a Saturday night, the manual refund process was not immediately initiated, and for that, we are truly sorry. we can confirm that your refunds have now been processed, and you should see the funds reflected in your account shortly. We take full responsibility for these errors and understand how they have impacted your trust in us. To prevent this from happening again, we are implementing an automated system to quickly identify and remove unavailable products from our store. This improvement will help ensure a better experience for our customers moving forward. We value your feedback and your patience as we work to improve. If there is anything else we can do to make this right or if you have any lingering concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to address the issue. We hope to earn back your trust in the future.
