Part of my order was 'backordered' and not available. The communication was great between me and the French Farm. Correspondence was timely, accurate, informative and solved all issues. The products arrived in plenty of time and are great!

The order was shipped on a timely basis and everything arrived in good condition. My only negative comment relates to one of the item contained in this order: The Petits Sables by Goulibeur are absolutely tasteless -- a real disappointment as I have ordered a different brand (don't remember which brand) in the past and the cookies were excellent. I tried the Goulibeur this time because they were discounted due to "over stock". The container is the only good part of this product.

Great customer service: if something happens (which is rare in my experience) the customer service rep solves the issue to my satisfaction; the reps are friendly, yet professional; and you can reach a rep relatively quickly compared to other online sellers. And the product selection is superb and the prices reasonable.

Package arrived when you said it would with an expiration date of Oct 2022, so pretty old.
