My purchase was excellent, and I’m very happy with my experience. I absolutely love the copper bells. They have a soft, delicate sound that I find very soothing and pleasant. The merchandise is excellent, and I’m grateful for the quality of the products. I highly recommend this company!

I just love the flavor of the original Cowboy Smoked salt. I just happened upon the store when I was visiting my brother in Bandura. The different salts make special gifts so I have ordered some for my son in Boise, ID. I went for free shipping so it was a larger order. I do wish free shipping was offered for a smaller amount. It would be easier to order it as more gift ideas. I want to try more myself, I live in Wisconsin. I'd love to be able to share these salts with more friends.

Thank you for the note. The 1/2 lb Himalayan salt with grater is packed as whole rocks from the same Himalayan mine, not compressed fine salt. Color varies in that mine, so each bag is filled with pink and white rocks to reach at least half a pound, which is what the product page says. If the pieces you received did not look like rocks, or the weight was short, that is not what we intend to ship. Reply to the order email or contact us at the address on your receipt with your order number and a photo of what arrived, and we will replace the bag or refund it.
I got what I wanted quickly. How ever I forgot to get a jar of cowgirl salt. Texas size. What kind of deal on shipping can you make me ?
