Absolutely HORRIBLE dealing with these guys! Worse business transaction I have ever done in over 25 years of owning multiple business. They have screwed me so bad on my order of @ 17,000 boxes! They make up names for themselves like “Steven” and “Bryan” which is illegal in itself (miss representation) and they give you the run around like no other, they have been telling me my boxes were shipping for weeks so I of course relayed this info to my clients. Made me to look like a liar. So 6 weeks later I’ve received around 1/4 of my order and on top of this they printed the inside of some of my boxes red so they fold and have red ugly seems. Just unbelievable! My attorney has also discovered they have developed multiple names they do business under, just a couple - gator packaging, the custom packaging etc. I will be hitting all of them with the reviews and suit. I’m filing on them and I’m going to leave reviews on every single platform available, they are going to see what it’s like to play games with us. If you are reading this and they screwed you as well please direct message me as I’m looking into joint filing with a few others they have also screwed over, there is potential here I believe to have a class action.

I located Custom Packaging on a Google search for a custom box and Sean was extremely helpful from the very first connection. He walked me through options, design, and the process without me having to pay a deposit. In the end, I felt very comfortable and confident in my selection in using this company and the price was very reasonable. I loved the finish product, it was exactly what I wanted and now they have a customer for life now. Thanks guys

Sean was very helpful from the beginning, as I needed boxes to make my aromatherapy eye pillows shine on the shelf. He gave me pricing and information for a few different options and was transparent about all details, no hidden fees, etc. I was looking for custom boxes for a while already and had dealt with a couple possible scams so I was relieved to have such an awesome & easy experience with this company.
