They have good products but their return policy is horrendous. Twice this summer I had to return something and did not get my refund. When I called them 4-6 weeks later they did refund it, but it’s not done automatically. The first customer service rep even told me that I have to call them to initiate a refund.

Terrible service. I honestly feel for anyone who has to deal with these people. Hole in fitted sheet upon arrival and now they want it sent back with a shipping label that I do not posses. Will not exchange and now want me to re-order over the phone. Mediocre company that sells overpriced bedsheets, and even worse customer service. Ripoff bedsheets and bad customer service, you cannot have both in order to be a good company. Update 8/19/21 (From 1 to 2 Stars): After three times of contacting customer service they ended up giving me a 20% discount on specified item and free overnight shipping on selected item which is pretty nice. Am still required to send back damaged item via UPS label they finally sent me. Am relieved they came through, however nobody should have to contact support three separate times. I feel like there is a lot of room for improvement here. Update 8/23/21 (Going Back to 1 Star Again): Sent me the wrong item, so I had to call customer support again and get another refund + shipping label to return. Bank statement is gonna look pretty funky after this is all said and done. They have my word if they don't properly deal with these transactions I have no problem calling my bank and doing a chargeback.

Unbelievable. I ordered some pajamas for my niece. I realized that I had entered the wrong shipping address. I called the 1-800 number and a nice woman changed the address for me. My order had been sitting for a week, not yet given to the "shipping partner". The address was changed and I thought my order was shipping out that day. Two weeks later, still sitting. Every time I tried to track the order, the website said CHECK BACK TOMORROW. Called the 1-800 number again. The customer service rep said he'd send it out overnight that night. That was this past Monday. Called again today. Still sitting in the warehouse. I wound up canceling the order since I knew it was not going to ship out any time soon. Be very careful about ordering from this company.

I paid $74 each for Sunbrella cushions from The Company Store. After 1 month, there is no loft left in the cushions and they look like they are 10 years old. I will now have to buy new cushion inserts to redeem my $74/cushion cushions. I’ve tried to go on their website to write a review for the past 3 weeks and the functionality of the review part of the website is not working. I think they are not allowing reviews because their products have become so inferior.

OH. MY. GOD. Just the dumbest employees ever, providing the worst customer service ever. In all honesty some of their products are very nice. But good luck if you run into problems! They charge you to return merchandise that arrives damaged. Refunds are not processed upon receipt of returns; you have to track the return and once the tracking shows it has been delivered at their warehouse, you have to call them and beg them to give you your money back. If you don't do this, they'll do nothing and keep your money because they're completely unethical. You'll be on hold for eternity if you need to call and you'll deal with just the STUPIDEST people ever. This poor woman was trying to do math in her head--while talking to herself--for five full minutes when I tried to get a $14 refund. It takes a month for them to respond to e-mails, and when they finally do, they don't fix the problem--they send you some canned e-mail that makes no sense and doesn't solve a thing. They'll never get another dime out of me.

Worst Ever, I ordered Bamboo Sateen sheets, what I received was everything but. What happened to the Company Store that we loved, the worst thing they send me was a used repackaged top sheet, im mortified to say the least, sime if it us in old beat up packages, also im looking at the cheap stickers saying from HOME DEPO.. I looked it up & sure enought, they took over the Company Store.. if I wanted to buy Hardware tools type of sheets I would have went there...

This is the 2nd time I have gotten below average quality sheets from the company store. The 1st were linen- so course and scratchy that I could not use. They were a gift. I’m a linen sheet aficionado! The 2nd I just bought and paid for and washed so cannot return. So called percale. Actually I think they r burlap. So scratchy. So no more purchases here!

Worst customer service! We placed an order in March and received one part of the order with a delayed shipping on the second portion. NEVER received an email or call regarding the order. WE had to call them to find out the status of the remaining order and turns out the payment information had "expired". I have never heard of this before and we never received an email or call about the order. Sitting here waiting....the worst!
