I really didnt have to spend much time on the site, I had a recommendation for a robe made to me and I found it immediately. I chose my color and size and it was very easy. The whole procedure was very quick and easy. All the sections were easy to fill out and use. The robe is outstanding, the shipping was pretty fast. I will visit this company again - it was my first experience with them

The sheet is high quality, durable and a nice ivory shade.

The Company Store products are unbeatable. I prefer to mix and match patterns. Very picky about material and they always deliver!!!

I had to ask The Company Store to replace a large, expensive comforter or refund my money. They replaced the comforter. They couldn't have been more prompt and pleasant.

I researched the best mattress toppers and bought one here. It is just a top and does not fit like a bottom sheet, it just lays there. Night one, super soft and comfortable. Night two…padding shifted to a HUGE lump between my husband and I. We are average sized people. I wrote them and was told to shift the pad and shake it to fluff it up. I did that and it didn’t help. That’s totally unrealistic. Very disappointing and I don’t recommend this pad.

Your website and customer service are excellent. I received my wool mattress pad and was very excited to open it. The pad was somewhat disappointing. I expected it to be a bit more plush. As a side sleeper, my body craves softness. I am giving it a try anyway. Thank you.

Hi Rebecca. Thank you for your kind words about our website and customer service. We appreciate your feedback regarding the plushness of your wool mattress pad and hope you enjoy trying it out. Please note that the mattress pad may be compressed during packaging and shipping, so allowing it some time to air out may help it regain some of its loft. If you need any assistance after trying it out, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We appreciate the opportunity to help make your experience a positive one.
I have been a loyal customer of the Company store for forty years, purchasing down quilts for my babies and ten years ago a cotton comforter queen that is great. So when I needed to update the comforter, I chose the Company store even though I could have bought cheaper elsewhere. I ordered a cotton comforter on line that was on sale, and am very disappointed. I have some allergies that the filling has triggered them worse. To the point where I have gotten out the old company store quilt that just has a few spots and have to use it instead. Finding the label Home Depot on it gave me a clue. I am aware that many items with Home Depot labels are decontented. So sad to see this happen to a place I once trusted. When I pull out the fill, my eyes start to water and nose blocks up. Even after multiple washes. Maybe their down quilts are still good. Still Buyer be ware - it is not what it once was in quality.
