I have been pleased with everything I have bought over the years but I cannot understand why they refuse to ship to Canada. They have shipped here before so why the problem now?? This has been going on for a number of years now. When I ask the store why this is so, I get no answer. Does anyone have any ideas?

I purchased the Company Cotton™ Wrinkle-Free Sateen Sheet Set which has this certification STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certification keeps you and your family safe from harmful substances (Certification number: 18.HUS.52388, Hohenstein HTTI) Having the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® label assures you that an independent certification has been conducted on each component of this product and been tested against a list of more than 400 harmful substances according to strict scientific criteria that stays ahead of global legal regulations. Test criteria considers all the ways a substance can be absorbed into the body, including through skin contact and respiration to make sure you and your family are safe. As it turns out after purchasing the sheets and washing and putting on a bed I learned they are falsely advertised. I called the company and was told these sheets are treated with formaldehyde. This is a gross misrepresentation of this product and false use of the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certification.

This company can't distinguish the difference between espresso(dk.chocolate) or navy. They look so much alike(ha) unfortunately, if you can't get the 1st order correct?, there is no need for a 2nd chance.

I have looked for several years for a buttery soft sheet set like the ones the Linen Source used to sell. I finally found "Legends Hotel Supima Cotton Wrinkle-free Sateen Sheet set at The Company Store. It is very close to the wrinkle free look as Linen Source. The only thing I don't like is the color I chose. Cornsilk is nothing like "cornsilk". It is a gaudy loud gold....not at all like the picture.

I ordered products from this company and it took a week for them to provide me with an email that the item was out of stock! Their inventory system should have accurate inventory when placing an order. After the order was canceled I searched the web for similar items and guess what, the item was still listed on the Company Store Web Site. Poor business practices......

The size chart is wrong. Was sent the wrong item. They won’t issue a refund until I send them the incorrect item back.

Received sheets as a gift that were the wrong size. Company policy is they don’t accept returns for credit so I had to keep them or return them and have the gift giver receive credit back. Bad policy.

Bad service I am extremely upset about an issue that just occurred. I ordered a pillow apparently in 2019 and didn’t get charged at the time. It literally just came through my account three years later last week. I didn’t get any warning or email notice. So not expecting it, my account is now overdraft. I realize not a lot to be done now, but why did it just come through after years? That is ridiculous, especially not having any kind of notice or warning. Just bad customer service!!!!! Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We apologize for the inconvenience and overdraft this caused. We do apologize for not notifying you of the expired authorization ahead of time. This is definitely not the experience we want for our customers. We are in the process of testing a new notification system and hoped to implement it in order to prevent our emails from going unread. From May 2019 until recently we had attempted to contact you for the amount due of $74.69, which was finally billed 7/19/22, with no response. I'm glad you were able to speak with an agent by phone as well. These were the actual emails, and although they were trying to be somewhat sympathetic, I guess, they did absolutely nothing to help the situation. It was extremely financially difficult when I had an overdraft charge from two years ago!!!!! no one can plan for that!
