Hello Dylan, We regret to hear that you have not received your package. According to USPS, they did deliver your package on 12/13/2019. We help you submit a claim with USPS. We will try our best in order to solve this issue at the earliest convenience. Due to the holidays, USPS will take a little longer as usual.
