I'm giving this a hard review due to the toggle button getting stuck sometimes. It's a good product but fixing this issue would make it great even with the year warranty already included.

The product works well and I enjoy it, however the response rate and delivery times were very unsatisfactoty. I ordered the product on Saturday, assuming they would take care of it on Monday as they're closed weekends, but I had to email them multiple times, to which I didnt get a response, and had to contact the live chat to finally push product through. I had paid extra for the 2 day shipping and I'm very disappointed it took double the time to arrive. There is a chance I would order from TetraMeds again, but I'm doing it during the week and definitely not shelling out the extra money to have it shipped faster because it didnt do anything last time.

The unit was advertised as (paraphrasing) "it will not dry out your flower" which it does. It is probably fine for turning your kief into a more potent substance but it might be too dry to do anything with it. It also advertised it concentrated (again paraphrasing) the effects. Also not to any degree worth noting if you're smoking flower because the temperature range of the 'glow' does virtually the same amount of decarboxylation. Over priced piece of electronics.

The pen only works on some cartridges, not all. On the ones that work, the pen gives an awesome draw. I’m very happy about that. But I also have to get a more universal (or more powerful) pen, which will be another push button. Still, I’m happy enough with this company to shop with them again. In fact, as soon as I hit “send,” I’m going to see what else Tetrameds sells. (3.5)

order was messed up and was shipped the wrong item. contacted support and they quickly responded and helped resolve the issue and was able to get the item shipped priority.

The service and shipping were great. My order arrived very quickly. However, the product did not work for me and it was not worth the hassle of returning it.

I didn’t like the product I received. I felt it was not exactly what was advertised and didn’t work as advertised. I asked for a refund and was told no refund, yet they issued me a refund anyway. So Thank you for that! Greatly Appreciated! Also shipping was fast.
