Hi Andre, We corrected this issue and refunded the shipping as well.
You guys didn't put my last name on the check you sent me so it couldn't be cashed. When I reached out 3 times by phone to get something done I never heard back from any one as promised I would.

Hi Erin, With respect, you submitted the order yourself and the checks are automatically printed based off of that. Please be sure to enter your full name in the future. Also, we don't have a single record of you reaching out. If we're wrong on this please feel free to share any documentation or send it to [email protected] and we will investigate further. Thank you
When I talk to one of your reps we went over the item I was selling it was a G7 sensor she asked me questions on the back of the box the color of the box was certain codes I gave her all the information she called me a price of $60 when your company received them they said they want that one it was a different one and they only paid $45 maybe I forget what it was but I was very disappointed you should teach your staff a little better on what they're supposed to be looking for Colton one price and get another price that's not right I did everything I answered all the questions she gave me the price and I sent them I will never send another product to you again in the past we did a lot of business but you only screw me once thank you if you're interested you might yield email me back of what happened or make up the difference but never again

Hello, We do our absolute best to be accurate when taking orders over the phone, and it sounds like you sent DME boxes rather than Retail. We have specific examples of both types on our website and what we pay for each. Ultimately we pay for what we actually receive and are happy to work with you if you have any questions or concerns.
They made it so very interesting and easy
