I’m sorry that this situation left you feeling uncomfortable. When the billing and shipping addresses are different, it is our company’s standard protocol to request ID verification as an additional security measure. We take the protection of our customers and our business very seriously. Unfortunately, fraudulent activity is increasingly common, and these verification procedures are in place to help safeguard everyone involved. We completely understand that you were not comfortable providing the requested identification, and we respect your decision. At the same time, we are required to follow our company’s established policies and procedures. Since you were not comfortable completing the verification process, we went ahead and submitted a full refund for your order. We appreciate your interest in our company and regret that we were unable to complete your order on this occasion. We wish you all the best.
