I'm 1000% satisfied.

I purchased a Dexcom G7 receiver from Testripz for my elderly parent and it ended up being defective. I called them multiple times over the course of two months with no return call from their sales department so I filed a complaint on them to the Better Business Bureau which is currently still open and not yet published. Eventually, the CEO called me and apologized as well as state they'd mail a replacement receiver and issue a refund. A refund was issued through Paypal but then Teststripz disputed the refund with their bank which gave them back the refund and resulted in a chargeback on my Paypal account. I never received the replacement receiver. Do yourself a favor and pay full price from a company that stands by their product and believes in customer service.

I would just like to say that is always a pleasure doing business with teststripz They are always very thorough and handle business in a timely fashion. I would like to send a special shout out to Marlene Langley. She always responds quickly and is very professional yet very engaging as well. Is my belief that Marlene Langley is a bona fide asset to the company. And if I may be so bold as to suggest that Marlene Langley receive not only a raise, but also a promotion. God bless

A person by initials CU rated TestStripz 1☆claiming that TestStripz sent her a fake check! I would have to say this person is definitely outright lying because this reputable company has been in business since 2013 and I've been paid via check and PayPal and I can attest that Marlene would never attempt this! So obviously CU is purposely attempting to lie and provide false information. TestStripz is by far the top diabetic supply company in the business!! Thank you

Absolutely zero stars considering the check they mail you is fake fraudulent and bounces. And then try to call customer support and ask them what happened with the check to give them a chance to explain why it bounced and they will tell you they’re going to call you and they never will
