Hi Yvette, I think you may be confusing us with a different company. We offer free, pre-paid FedEx shipping labels on all orders, but if a package is mailed through the post office, we add the shipping cost to the payment total. I apologize if there was any confusion!

Hi Dee, I did find an order placed by you on August 16th, 2017 but it looks like it was never actually sent, and I didn't see any calls or emails from you in follow-up. Do you happen to have the FedEx tracking number? Thank you!

Hi Naomi, I was able to find an order from you in our system using your email address. The order was placed on June 21, 2017 but the name on the order is Nearmi Merrell (Order #22897). It looks like we never received the package but if you have a FedEx tracking number I can see what I can find! Thank you
