Hi UB, We process every order the day it arrives, and all payments are mailed within 24 hours. However, we have noticed some checks taking up to a week or more to reach their destination. We're looking into expedited shipment options, but please keep in mind that it's up to the post office to deliver checks in a timely manner . There's only so much we can do to influence that. Hi Lee, That's not quite accurate, as we send out all payments within 24 hours of receiving your package. Once the check is handed off to the USPS, we have to rely on them to deliver it in a timely manner. This doesn't always happen, and there's not much we can do once the check is mailed. We're very clear about this in our terms and conditions, and even offer a Priority Mail option if you're willing to pay for faster delivery. We do our best, but we're not the U.S. Post Office.
