Easy and Quick turn around. Would do business with them again.

Ordered 5 times from Teststripz over the last 12 Months. First 3 were all smooth transactions (5 stars). 4th one USPS screwed up and did not receive in time. Chris was responsive though. 5th order is a disaster. Ordered and paid for 200 Test strips. Only 50 sent. 10 days, 5 E-mails and 3 phone calls later no one from customer service has responded in any way other than 1 message suggesting I wasn't in their system. What? Do you folks only respond when you get a negative review? Update: Apparently the CEO just called. Didn't know it was him from the caller ID so let it go to voicemail. Just spoke with him. Very nice and apologetic and took care of it. Thank you Chad.

Excellent service and fast turnaround! Teststripz kept me updated throughout the entire selling and purchase process via emails. I highly recommend them to anyone with Diabetes test strips that are no longer needed.

TestStripz is a wonderful service. Well organized easy to use platform and I love that any extra strips I have go to persons who cannot afford retail or have bad insurance.

This was the first time using a service like this. My son had changed testing equipment and we had a lot of inventory left over. What a great way to help someone get supplies at a discount while being able to use the money to go toward purchasing new supplies for my son. Will definitely use them again if need be. Thank you.

The process of sending in supplies was very simple. However, it was told that checks were sent out much sooner that what I have experienced. And I still haven't yet received.
