TermlyReviews of termly.io

Raouia from Termly was an absolute star in supporting me to get the cookies banner working without restricting the HubSpot visibility and the Google Map. Thank you so much.

Philip Superal has been great. Incredibly responsive and attuned to my needs.

Very helpful!

Termly, takes away the burden of keeping up with compliance, especially in foreign jurisdictions from small businesses. Very happy with their service.

Everything works well. The chat bot could be smartened up a bit. But it wasn’t a couple of minutes before help arrived.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Melissa Albert from Termly, and I must say, her service was nothing short of extraordinary. Melissa went above and beyond in assisting me with a complex issue regarding my account and billing. From the onset, Melissa's approach was both professional and personable. She swiftly identified the problem with my account – a double charge due to an extra domain – and provided clear, step-by-step instructions to resolve it. Her guidance was easy to follow, and she patiently waited as I completed each step, ensuring that no detail was overlooked. What truly set Melissa apart was her proactive approach. When we encountered a snag due to an already drafted invoice, she didn't just offer a workaround; she offered a complete solution. By suggesting the cancellation and repurchase of my subscription, she not only resolved the billing issue but also ensured that I wouldn't lose any of the hard work I had put into my policies. Furthermore, Melissa's thoughtful gesture of providing a discount code was the cherry on top. This not only saved me money but also demonstrated Termly's commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire process was seamless, thanks to Melissa's expertise. She was there every step of the way, from canceling my subscription to manually restoring my policies and confirming their successful implementation on my website, workiflow.com. Her responses were prompt, her instructions clear, and her demeanor friendly and reassuring. In an era where customer service often feels disconnected, Melissa’s human touch and genuine care for my concerns were a breath of fresh air. Her exceptional service skills, combined with her deep product knowledge, make her a true asset to Termly. I write this review not just as a satisfied customer but as a business owner who appreciates the value of outstanding service. Melissa, thank you for turning a potentially frustrating experience into a delightful one. Your dedication to your customers is exemplary, and I hope to have the pleasure of working with you again.
