Hey Jack, glad to hear the hardware reached you as expected! We do take several measures to help relieve supply chain issues, such as diversifying our parts vendors and keeping a healthy stock of inventory at our US headquarters, but occasional delays are inevitable. In those cases, the least we can do is clearly communicate lead times, which our sales and service teams strive to do at every turn. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to go above and beyond!

Hey Nolan, this is definitely not up to our normal standards! We priority shipped the correct power supply to you as soon as this was brought to our attention; apologies for the mix-up. Your account representative will be reaching out soon to further assist you with anything else you need.

Thank you for sharing Thomas! We take pride in our ability to provide fast boot times, computers with plenty of I/Os, and fanless solutions. Nice to see that you appreciate all of these things as much as we do!
