TCG PowerToolsReviews of tcgpowertools.com

The idea behind the tool is good, and the location feature is genuinely useful, but almost everything else has caused more problems than it solved for us. Support has been extremely disappointing. Tickets are often simply closed without any real help or proper solution. Instead of taking responsibility for technical issues, the blame is usually shifted back to the user with explanations like “manual adjustments” or similar excuses, even when changes seem to happen at completely unrealistic times, such as in the middle of the night. We have had serious issues with items being relisted even though they were already sold out. This has caused real problems on Cardmarket with customers, because many items ended up being unavailable despite being listed. On top of that, cards often appear in “unknown locations,” which creates even more work and confusion. Instead of saving time, the tool has created a lot of additional work. The price strategy feature also does not work reliably, which makes it even harder to trust the system. Overall, the location management is nice to have, but the rest of the experience has been very frustrating. For us, TCG Powertools caused more stress, more customer issues, and more manual work than it saved. I would not recommend it.

Easy setting up offers!

We have been working with Powertools since August 2021. The amount of time saved, and the possibilities that have been opened due to powertools are plenty. Small things to improve on (thats why there are 4 stars) - I would like to compare the prices of English cards with German listings, as it comes out to the same in my country - I would like to see the cardmarket graph when I click on a card (this would safe even more time) - It is a little bit annoying that I can only do certain changes from 7am to 11 pm, since I like pulling all-nighters Other than that, this Tool is great, and well worth its price!

Continuous synchronization issues, you will have to refund customers very often, suddenly you see things that went out of stock back in stock, or less stock than what you initially listed. Support is not very good, I started developing my own tool and will just stop using this tool ASAP. The 5 star reviews are from the developers.

The service itself would also be convenient if it worked, but in reality it does not work well at all. The janitor care after 3 emails has biblical resolution and response times. I don't recommend connecting to cardtrader zero, it would mean having to reimburse weekly synchronization errors due to PowerTools having a life of its own. In summary good idea but bad implementation. In addition it is hilarious to see 5-star reviews of homonyms to people who work there.

Very helpful. Saved me a ton of working hours and $$
