About Tinycraft

TinyCraft makes DIY miniature kits you build by hand. Little rooms, book nooks that slot between the books on your shelf, mini crochet animals, and paint by numbers. Our wooden room and nook kits arrive with the pieces pre-cut and numbered, clear step-by-step instructions, and, on the kits that light up, real working LED lights. So the warm glow you see in the photos is something you actually build, not a trick of the camera. No special skills needed, and every product page lists exactly what is in the box.We started TinyCraft in 2024, after building our first miniature kit and not wanting to put it down. Along the way we kept running into kits that felt cheap, came with confusing instructions, or turned up with pieces missing. So we set out to make ours a joy to build from the first piece to the moment you switch on the lights. Every design is chosen for quality, packed with care, and made to leave you looking at the finished piece thinking, "I made that."For a lot of our crafters, that is the whole point. An hour with your hands busy and your phone face down. A quiet, screen-free way to unwind that leaves a little world on your shelf when you are done. It also makes a thoughtful gift for the book lover, the crafter, or the person who is impossible to shop for.We ship worldwide. If a piece is ever missing or damaged, we replace it free, and every kit comes with a 30-day return and exchange. If you need us, we answer, and we are happy to help. Thanks for building with us.

DO NOT ORDER FROM TINY CRAFT!!!!

Highly advise not to order from this company!!!! The product is poor quality, they lie on their website regarding shipping. Their products DO NOT ship from Kentucky USA they drop ship directly from China and it will take 2x the amount of time mentioned to deliver. The product is made with poor quality material which breaks when assembling, backside of model is unfinished and is not addressed in instruction manual. They will not issue a refund regardless if you contact customer service, answer all of their questions and jump thru their hoops by provide documentation and photos of the damaged product. They will only send replacement parts, piece by piece, from China which takes 3 weeks to deliver. UNACCEPTABLE! If you enjoy building these kits, like I do, only order from ROLIFE and FIFIJOY.

Hi Brenda, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. We understand your frustration, and this isn’t the experience we want for our customers. Our products are manufactured in our own factory, and we ship orders from our US warehouse when stock is available. Due to high demand, some items are temporarily out of stock at our US warehouse, with restocking expected in early November. Once restocked, these items will ship from the US warehouse again. Our usual delivery estimate is 4 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and local holidays, although courier delays can sometimes occur. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. For delicate pieces, we recommend carefully removing them using the tips of scissors if needed and holding them close to the joint when connecting them, rather than pressing in the centre, as this can help reduce breakage. Regarding instructions our support team can guide you through any difficulties with your build. Our customer support team has already been in contact with you and arranged replacement parts to address the issues you reported. We genuinely want to help resolve your concerns, and our team has been doing its best to find a solution for you. If there are still outstanding issues, please continue working with our support team by email so they can review your case and see what more can be done. We truly want to make things right for you. Warm regards, The TinyCraft Team
