The sonic toothbrush is very powerful and it will take time to get use too. It does a very good job cleaning and is very nice looking on your counter

I bought two at Xmas. One of them would not charge. I returned and received a replacement in just a few days. Very prompt. Great communication

I was excited to receive the new Taoclean for my daughter but the product we received was a lemon. The base doesn't light up/charge despite changing outlets, and even using my own plug. So I emailed customer service but instead of sending me a replacement, they sent me a return label but said that I have to pay shipping costs for the return, plus shipping cost for the original shipment!!! This is ridiculous. I can understand paying for return shipping if it's due to my own fault, but when it's a manufacturing defect, I shouldn't be paying for return shipping. What a scam! Update to my review above. I appreciate the quick response from Taoclean to clarify and refund the shipping cost of returning the faulty product. I did put back a star but ultimately the buying experience was disappointing and wasn’t what I expected.

Hi Mimi, I'm so sorry you had this experience. We're in the process of growing our Customer Service team and they misinterpreted our policy. We do not charge $9.95 for a replacement when a device fails to function properly within the 45-day return window. Our team has refunded the shipping charge and our managers will be speaking to the broader team to ensure the policy is clearly understood. This is a great product! It works great and is so convenient since it sits in the charger/sanitizer. It’s always ready to use! It has helped to clear the milia on my cheeks.
