I have only used it for a little over 1 week. My Oral B Sonic toothbrush seems more powerful. One suggestion would be is to have one side flat so you can add toothpaste and it doesn't roll around like your currant design

I am a little disappointed! I did not receive the free brushes as was advertised! The one brush that I did receive is very small. Is there different size brushes for whitening as well as for cleaning. I do like the sanitizer base which is the main reason I ordered it!

Shipping was pretty quick and everything was well packaged. The product was as described. My issue is with the toothbrush itself. The motor is powerful and that is a good thing. The brush itself is extremely stiff and abrasive. It was like brushing my teeth with metal wires. My normal, healthy gums were sore for several days after brushing according to directions. (On low power). I have decided to give the Tao another chance and have ordered the sensitive brush heads. Just wish I had not wasted money on an extra pack of the whitening brushes.

Don’t like that you have to keep toothbrush plugged. Thought I could just charge as needed. Taking up a needed plug in bathroom is inconvenient and look tacky with wires on bathroom counter all the time

I am still getting used to it. The vibration it makes on my upper teeth seems to make it uncomfortable while brushing them. No problem on the bottom teeth.
