I wasn't comfortable with using it at first. I have very sensitive teeth. The company worked with me and my concerns. They provided me with softer brush heads which are a lot more comfortable for me to use. Still s little shocking if the back of the brush hits my teeth, but I'm using it regularly. Look forward to hearing what my hygienist thinks at my next dental visit.

My call was answered promptly and my problem solved. The representative had been trained well and knew his product. He spoke clearly and was easily understood.

My husband just received his and he loves it. It's easy to use and does a fantastic job cleaning your teeth, gums and whole mouth experience. I got mine first and I just bragged about it. So he jumped on board.

I just received the TAO clean today. It came pretty fast and on the day tracking said it would. Everything was in perfect condition and it charged up fast and I was able to try it out after supper! I’ve used many electric toothbrushes and I’m pretty sure this is going to be the best one yet, it definitely is the prettiest.
