I love my new brush! While I haven’t noticed a color change yet with just a week, I can certainly feel the difference on my teeth.

I like the size of the brush. I’m not liking the noise it makes while brushing.

My teeth and gums feel so clean after using my new Tao brush! I bought one for my husband, and he was amazed at how well it worked and how good it felt.

My experience with the company was wonderful I had no issues what so ever!

Instructions could be more thoroughly covrred in better printed material shipped with the purchase. Performance is excellent!! No complsints.

-The TAO package came well packaged. My problem was finding instructions on using it, but finally discovered it in small font on the bottom of the box in a light colored font on a light colored background. I find that style of printing very hard to read, even when I’m wearing my glasses. -I have been using the toothbrush for several days and found it took a bit to figure out how to manage it at first; I had never used an electric toothbrush. But afterwards my teeth do feel as smooth as when a dental hygienist cleans them. - The instructions said to charge the unit for 24 hours. I assumed that after that, the unit only needed to be charged periodically. The unit will not dry and clean the brush unless it is plugged in. That was never stated, nor shown in any pictures or ads. - Dentists recommend that everyone use a soft bristle brush. The unit comes with a harder brush; you have to order soft brushes separately. - It does allow the user to set the unit for sensitive teeth, which I appreciate, as my brushing over the years has worn down my gums and exposed my roots. I am 70 and used a hard brush and brushed hard for too many years. - It has a night light component, which is very helpful, although it is not as bright as a regular night light. - I would recommend purchasing the TAO toothbrush to others.

Customer service was amazing. My tracker didn't update and they searched for where my toothbrush was and it had already arrived in my city. The toothbrush is amazing! I've used it less than a week and I can feel my teeth are cleaner after each brush.
