I preordered the tooth brush and once it came in they shipped out. The toothbrush works well and hoping to see a difference when I go to dentist in August.

The chat was easy, and seamless. Communication was great. The first shipment replacement didn't make it out to us. I had to write back and check on the shipment after 5 days. I was told it was in route. When I realized it still hadn't arrived I wrote back again . The agent quickly checked and realized the first one got stuck somewhere and the shipment wasn't moving and placed another replacement. That replacement came pretty fast afterwards.

Best toothbrush . Teeth feel much cleaner after using. Love that it sanitizes after each use

All companies including Tao Clean need to remember that there are a lot of senior citizens that have limited knowledge of technology and scanning QR codes etc. It would be helpful to have some old school instructions included with products. Thanks

I just like the way the brush cleans the teeth and massages the gums. I especially like the cleaner.

The packaging the product arrived in was sturdy and held up. TAO kept me informed of the shipping status in a timely manner. The product had no blemishes, scratches or other damage. Instruction booklet was adequate.

I've only had the TAO clean for four days, so I'm just getting used to using an electric toothbrush. Previously I was using a Spin toothbrush so the rotation of the bristles was much slower. I was surprised at the speed and vibration of the TAO toothbrush, Super Sonic definitely! It's very tingly. I think I really like it. I hope in time my teeth will be brighter. My teeth feel cleaner.
