I love my TAO Clean toothbrush! After every brushing, my teeth & entire mouth feel like I've just had a cleaning with my dental hygienist! I have very sensitive teeth & gums & I've noticed a whiter smiler in less than 5 days - and knowing my toothbrush is being sanitized after every use is a fantastic feeling! I'm thrilled with TAO!

The fact that after brushing your teeth, you can place the toothbrush in its unit to clean itself, instead of having a wet toothbrush drying in the air is a healthy feature. I liked the toothbrush the unit came with, but it was time to replace my brush. I decided to order the Whitening Toothbrush Head with the Extended Reach. I like this one better--reaches a wider area. For healthier teeth, try TAO!

Did not receive my product!!! waited for two weeks before calling Customer Service tracking said it was delivered. I know that rep on the phone said that there’s pictures but it was not delivered. First of all he was very rude. Hung up on me. Didn’t say goodbye. Couldn’t understand I’m half the time second of all I don’t want replacement. I want my money back. I will open a dispute if I don’t get my money back I don’t wanna deal with you after being handled by a rude rep.

The packaging was great and I appreciate the free items. Still getting used to the toothbrush. Not sure I'm in love with it yet. Have to wait and see.
