I love the product, hands down. I had two issues which was disappointing BUT the customer service was great and resolved my issues.

I had an electric toothbrush before this one, but I really prefer this toothbrush. It feels much more sanitary, and I’ve noticed that my teeth feel cleaner after using it. I do wish the charging cord plugged in differently on the back, as that could be a little more convenient. Overall, though, I’m really happy with it!

Works fine, although the vibration caught me off guard at first but not I am accustom to it. Easy to use and I enjoy being able to sterilize the brush after use.

This is by far the best toothbrush I have ever owned. I have had my first one for about 2 years with no problems. Just purchased a second one for my daughter.
