Deceptive. Stated Lotus Venison for cats was in stock, even show the "only " so many left" and would ship with in 2 or 3 business days. Received products 3 weeks after ordering. If you do not mind waiting 3 or 4 weeks for deliver, then go for it.

Reached out after 3 weeks. They didn't respond on email so I called and they told me the items I ordered weren't in stock. Would've been helpful to know 3 weeks ago...

I placed an order for cat food I needed in preparation for boarding him over the December holidays. This was on Nov. 1. I checked the Shop app two weeks later, and no update. A week later, I emailed and left a vm with the company. Someone called back, but didn't leave a message. As the the time grew closer to the boarding and we were now a month and a half out, I emailed again and tried calling. This time I got a representative who was friendly enough, and explained that the company had been out of stock. I responded stating that it would have been helpful if they'd reached out to let me know earlier. I understand some delays are out of their control, but communication is key.

Found this company while looking for a specific higher-end dog treat and nobody had it. They showed it in stock so I purchased. Shipping was EXHORBANANT and I understand shipping costs. just too much but I wanted these treats. Additionally, they took a full 30 days to ship an in-stock item. i will not shop here again, and plan to proactively order from other places. Had I recd an email that told me it would be longer, I would not ding for the length of time but i did not. Item was packed ok and arrived safe. Giving 2 stars because the item was authentic.
