It's been over two weeks. I have been billed but my order has not been mailed.

I ordered 10 or 15 of the peanut butter munchies. They responded that I ordered 1. The shipping will cost more than the item. They don’t have a working phone number. Crazy company. Website really difficult to navigate.

Very disappointing experience. I have sent multiple emails with no response and called several times, only to be told the office is closed. We still have not received our order, and the lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable.

Order took a fill month to arrive

Honestly I would never ever buy from them again. No communication and from the sounds of all the other bad reviews I probably won't even get my $73 back. My girlfriend tried emailing and calling them but haven't heard from anyone. I have attempted to do the same thing and heard absolutely nothing. I am beyond upset over this. My poor girlfriend's bearded dragon needed a UVB light. They said it would be delivered within 3 business days. It's been a week and the AI voice thing when you try to call them just says it's being processed and will be shipped soon. If you try and call the other number I wish you luck you're going to get nowhere and reach no one. We've been calling all week and haven't heard a single thing. And when you want to cancel an order good luck. If you try to get a refund good luck! Save your money and avoid them at all costs. The whole thing is just BS. My honest opinion. Also Talis-us don't try saying you haven't received anything from us or saying we haven't answered. I just want my money back and my girlfriends bearded dragon to be okay. When you go and order from the website it works perfectly fine but when you go in to try and find your order or cancel it the website stops working properly.

Ordered dog food seven days ago. After multiple messages and order updates, they tell me the product is not in stock and they will refund me by the end of the day. The day is almost over. Was I refunded and the order canceled? Absolutely not. Common theme with this website. Don’t waste your time.

I would give them a zero if possible and wish I had read the reviews ahead of ordering . I don’t normally leave reviews but the service was so bad , my order took for ever to receive and then when it did finally come after I had a dispute thru PayPal all the dog treats were short dated . Would NEVER purchase there again ! Buyer beware

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. I am dealing with a snake mite issue and desperate to take care of the problem. When i ordered, the shipping time was stated it would be 3-4 business days. I hadn’t received a shipping notice after 5 days so i reached out. They replied that it would be shipped in a few days. Four days later i got a second reply stating the same thing…that it would be shipped in a few days. The lack of transparency is ridiculous and I’m beginning to believe it’s a scam company.
