Thank you for your review! It's great to hear that we could provide a tool that simplifies the Pinterest experience for you. If you have any suggestions or feedback on how we can further improve Tailwind, please feel free to let us know. We appreciate your support!
I’ve tried 7 of the main, well known scheduling apps in the past few weeks, attempting to find the right one for myself and my SMM to use. my conclusion is that Tailwind is pretty terrible. Asked for a refund, told by customer service it looks good for a refund, then I’m told no refunds. I really needed a refund so I could use those funds to purchase a subscription with another scheduler. It does all the basic things that every other scheduler app provides. There is nothing special or outstanding that sets it apart. My main issue is the box that continually provides hashtag suggestions. Now I know that they are getting this info from IG, but having terms related to *racism, self harm, death, extreme violence, and disturbing mental health issues* being suggested as hashtags, I was seriously put off the site. they also happily let you use any and all of the banned hashtags (use them enough and you can lose your account). I contacted the customer support and while in the beginning the offer of a refund seemed good and soon on the table, the moment I showed a screenshot of those gross hashtags, I was told their policy is no refunds. it’s so disappointing and frustrating, I’m a small business who doesn’t have the money to throw around. I really needed a refund so I could use those funds to purchase a subscription with another scheduler. I spose they’ll keep my money and I’ll cancel my account 🤷🏻♀️ real nice, Tailwind 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I'm so sorry to hear about the negative experience you'd recently had. First and foremost, I want to let you know that we take this report regarding harmful hashtags very seriously and are taking action to ensure that we can provide a better experience for our members. I also apologize for the confusion regarding refunds. I'm happy to further investigate your individual situation if you would be willing to email me directly at [email protected] I look forward to speaking with you and having the opportunity to make this right.
I didn't find the tool useful so I turned off auto renew. I was not sent an email ahead of time or once I was charged, but they still charged my card. When I contacted them they said they do not offer refunds in anyway even though they shouldn't have charged my card. I had to block them from charging my credit card by calling my credit card company and put in a fraud claim. I do not Tailwind them based on this.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative experience and I'd like to help address your concerns as soon as possible. We do send an email notice 30 days prior to annual plan renewals to ensure that our members are aware of their renewal prior to payment being processed. I look forward to hearing from you soon and working towards a resolution.
I signed up to an annual plan last year. There was no indication that this would auto renew nor did I receive a 30 day warning that the subscription fee would be withdrawn from my account. According to legal guidelines the company is supposed to warn that an automatic payment has been set up and details of when it be withdrawn. Tailwind claimed they sent this but in the screenshot they sent the warning was buried in amongst marketing blurb - again against legal guidelines in this country. I have alerted the company to all of this and they say they will not offer a refund. I am deeply unhappy with this underhand way of selling. Please be aware if you sign up with them they will continue to take money from your account with no warning. If I had received the warning as they claimed I would have cancelled immediately. The fact the company doesn’t bother responding to all the one star reviews below which highlight their underhand method of doing business tells you all you need to know about them. Update: I emailed Carrissa from the company as requested below. Three days later and still no response. Shockingly bad customer service yet again!

This is the first time that I wish I can give a negative rating. All the things mentioned in one-star reviews are soooo true. It is buggy. Nobody cares to help you yet they charge annually and they do not refund. I am so pissed because it feels like a scam. They cannot provide the services they promise...
