The prices prompted me to purchase the wine however the customer service (and the good wine) will keep me as a customer! Swirl accommodated my request to change the shipping day, and it arrived extremely quickly. The communication was excellent both shortly after ordering and the follow up after delivery. The added bonus is that the wine that I have had so far has been great!

I ordered from Groupons a special foe $23. For a 6 bottle collection. Used the code given, then my credit card was charged $92. No one will return phone calls on their message board, and after 7 emails with no response, I received a email stating my customer account had been activated. No response to the overcharge or any response on how they were going to handle the situation. Terrible customer service.

Swirl Wine Shop provided an excellent assortment of red wines from all over the world. Very well packed and shipped quickly. It’s a great value.
