You're right that the explanation is owed to the customer. That's who we're asking on behalf of. If you'd like to file a lawsuit, you're more than welcome to. We can't stop you, nor do we care to. I'm curious which site you represent, or what you think is defamatory on our site, but I guess we'll wait to see if your lawsuit ever gets filed. Either way, we won't be backing down or changing anything about our process. We've never claimed to be attorneys or regulators, and nothing on the site says we are. A player brings us a closed account or a denied redemption, we take it to the operator, and we publish what comes back. When an operator answers, that goes up too. It's free for players. The form is at sweepsguard.com. Have a nice day. Mike

Thanks Michale. Free is the whole point here and it is staying that way. If a site is sitting on your money and has gone quiet, send it through the complaint form at sweepsguard.com and I will put it to them directly and tell you what comes back either way. And yes, ask questions. A lot of what we do is telling someone what a rule actually says before it costs them anything. Mike

Thanks Pete. The part I appreciate most is you mentioning the case that went against you. Those are the harder ones to write up, and we try to lay out the reasoning even when it isn't what someone wants to hear. Glad the other one got your money back. Anyone reading this who's stuck on a redemption, the complaint form is on sweepsguard.com.

Thanks Martha. For anyone reading this: filing costs nothing, and the cases that don't get paid still go on the public record for that casino. That record is a big part of why the next operator answers at all. The form is at sweepsguard.com/submit-complaint.

Appreciate this, Christine. It's free for players, and no operator gets to buy a better grade or bury a complaint. That's the only reason any of it is worth anything. Good to know it's landing. Mike

Appreciate you writing this up. Three weeks of silence and then a payout once somebody else starts asking the same question is a pattern I see constantly. Sending it in was the right call. Sorry the second one did not go the same way. Mike

Glad that one landed. Some operators just will not deal with a third party, and when that happens the next best thing is making sure you know exactly what to say and who to say it to. You did the pushing. Good result. Mike

To be clear: Jack's original review made a false claim. He said we offered legal advice, which we don't and never have. Then the review was edited to the current "service was not good" version. Anyway, fair enough. I'd rather hear the specifics than argue about it. We only cover US sweepstakes casinos, and it's free. We've gotten over $35,000 back to players who filed. I want to know so I can fix it. So which part of the service fell short for you? Email me anytime at [email protected] or post it here. Either way, I'm happy to investigate and fix any issues. Mike
