They helped me get a refund for a purchase I was not able to use due to my location banning sweeps casinos. Highly recommend.

Really glad to see a site where you can not only read insightful reviews of various sweeps sites but they will also fight on your behalf if you’ve had problems such as stalled redemptions, account closures and any other kind of issue a social casino may pose. They’ve helped me before and are always quick to help and stay on top of things. Highly recommend!

Mike was amazing. He wasted no time writing to both casinos that had my redemption pending for over a week due to there compliance reviews, but Mike got right on top of it and both sites payed me within 24hours of him reaching out to them. I definitely recommend using this site to settle any online casino issues, he will definitely get right on top of it.

Mike was really helpful. He tried to contact Lucky Stake for me, they wouldn't talk. He responded to me to let me know what happened and directed me on how to proceed. After about 2 months, I finally received my winnings. Thanks again!

Had a site ban and confiscate my balance rather than pay out a big win. Mike was very helpful in navigating the process of getting them to pay out.

SweepsGuard immediately attempted to contact ThrillCoins casino for my case. Mike was awesome. However, the money ThrillCoins owed me was paid before Mike of SweepsGuard could move forward on any further action. In any case, I still recommend SweepsGuard!
